What time do I need to order a cheesy little gift by for same-day delivery?
11.00am daily unless sold out prior.
Platter box orders cut off the at 7pm for next day delivery unless sold out prior.
What Inner City suburbs do you deliver your cheesy little gifts to?
Platter boxes are available for delivery to all Brisbane suburbs.
Cheesy little gifts are only available for delivery to the following suburbs: Auchenflower, Bardon, Bowen Hills, Brisbane CBD, East Brisbane, Fortitude Valley, Highgate Hill, Herston, Indooroopilly, Kangaroo Point, Kelvin Grove, Milton, New Farm, Newstead, Paddington, Petrie Terrace, Red Hill, South Brisbane, Spring Hill, St Lucia, Taringa, Toowong, Teneriffe, West End, Woolloongabba.
What time will my cheesy little gift be delivered?
All orders leave the kitchen with our drivers at around 11am. The most efficient route is then taken to deliver all platters by 5pm.
Can I request a specific time for my cheesy little gift to be delivered?
We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times for 'cheesy little gifts' as our drivers go via the most efficient route on the day, at this point in time we do not deliver platters in the morning. However, when you order a platter box you can select your delivery time. Check them out here.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our cheesy little gifts are only available for delivery Monday - Friday, though we offer our platter boxes and grazing services 7 days a week.
What happens if the recipient isn't home when the delivery occurs?
For obvious reasons, we will not leave a platter unattended (humans aren't the only ones who love cheese!). We don’t want to ruin the surprise, so we will return to our HQ and contact you to organise a re-delivery. A re-delivery fee of $15.00 will be incurred or alternatively, pick up can be arranged.
Can you deliver to apartment/unit complexes?
We sure do! Please clearly note the unit number when providing delivery details - the more information you can give us, the better!
Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, just let us know which ward to deliver to in your delivery notes! We encourage you to double check that your special recipient will still be a patient at the hospital at the time of delivery to avoid complications.
GRAZING TABLE FAQ:
How do I pay for my grazing table?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% not due until 4 weeks out from your event date. If you book your graze within 6 weeks of your event full payment is required.
We accept direct deposit payments, as well as card payments.
Do you offer table hire?
Yes! You can request table hire when you request your grazing table.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Sure thing! Please let us know of the dietary requirement when you are requesting your grazing table, additional costs may apply. Grazing tables are not suitable for those who suffer from nut allergies and for coeliacs.
