CHEESY LITTLE GIFT FAQ:
What time do I need to order a cheesy little gift by for same-day delivery?
11.00am daily unless sold out prior.
What suburbs do you deliver your cheesy little gifts to?

Didn't spot your desired suburb on the list? Contact us as sometimes we have availability to deliver to some outer suburbs.
What time will my cheesy little gift be delivered?
All orders leave the studio with our drivers at around 11am. The most efficient route is then taken to deliver all platters by 5pm.
Can I request a specific time for my cheesy little gift to be delivered?
We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times for 'cheesy little gifts' as our drivers go via the most efficient route on the day, at this point in time we do not deliver platters in the morning.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Our cheesy little gifts are only available for delivery Monday - Friday, though we offer our larger platter boxes and grazing services 7 days a week. Check them out here.
What happens if the recipient isn't home when the delivery occurs?
For obvious reasons, we will not leave a platter unattended (humans aren't the only ones who love cheese!). We will contact your special recipient at the time of delivery and see whether delivery is possible (this is why we ask for your gift recipient's contact details during the check out process).
If delivery is not possible, we will take the platter back to our HQ and a re-delivery fee of $15.00 will be incurred.
Can you deliver to apartment/unit complexes?
We sure do! Please clearly note the unit number when providing delivery details - the more information you can give us, the better!
Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, just let us know which ward to deliver to in your delivery notes! We always encourage you to double check that your special recipient will still be a patient at the hospital at the time of delivery to avoid complications.
Do you offer refunds?
We unfortunately do not offer refunds on our 'cheesy little gifts' unless your order is cancelled with 48 hours notice.

Do you offer cheese platter catering services?
Where do you source your produce?
All produce is sourced fresh from a local market, we offer both Australian & imported cheeses in our platter boxes & grazing tables.
How do I pay for my graze?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% not due until closer to the event date. If you book your graze within 6 weeks of your event full payment is required.
Do you offer table hire?
Yes! You can request table hire when you request your grazing table.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Sure thing! Please let us know of the dietary requirement when you are requesting your grazing table.

Christmas platter box orders:
To keep up with the demand for cheesy gifts & platter boxes this holiday season, we’re changing a few things up to ensure everyone stays jolly!
From the 1st - 24th December we will require at least 2 days notice for all platter box deliveries. Please note, this unfortunately does not guarantee that we will have the availability to fulfil your order.
OUR CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS:
23rd December - Operating as per usual.
24th December - Available til 11am (pre-ordered platter boxes available for pick up at The Wandering Cooks)
